What this site collects
Standard usage data: pages viewed, rough location from your IP, device and browser info, and how you move through the site — including session recordings (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) via Microsoft Clarity. If you submit the audit form, I get exactly what you typed plus which page you sent it from and how you found the site.
Who else sees data
Three tools run here, all for analytics and user experience, never for selling data: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google's privacy policy applies), and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft's privacy policy applies). Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms to my email. That's the whole list.
Why there's no cookie banner
The consent-banner laws you're thinking of apply to businesses far above this one's size, and this site does no ad retargeting and sells nothing about you. If that legal picture changes, this page changes first.
Opting out
Google publishes a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics collection, and most browsers' tracking-protection settings stop Clarity recordings. Want whatever data I hold about you deleted — a form submission, a recording, anything? Email mybluecollarmarketer@gmail.com and it's gone.
